You’re aligned with MFI Canada’s Distinctives and Statement of Faith — passionate about building healthy, Spirit-led, Bible-based churches.

Relationship & Community

You value authentic connection with like-minded pastors and leaders who encourage, sharpen, and walk with you in ministry.
You’re also open to relational accountability — not control, but genuine care and encouragement from trusted peers.

Alignment & Sponsorship

If you’re a staff or ministry leader, your lead pastor is (or will be) part of MFI Canada. You’re connected with, or ready to connect to, a current member who can recommend you as part of the family.

What does the membership process look like?

Becoming part of MFI Canada is simple and relational. Here’s how we walk together through the process:

MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

Apply Online

Begin by completing the online application and submitting the $100 registration fee. Please note that only a church’s Lead Pastor may apply on behalf of their church. Every applicant must also be sponsored by a current MFI Lead Pastor — as every connection in MFI begins through relationship.

Connect with Our Team

Once we receive your application, our team will reach out to connect with you after receiving your application. This is a relaxed, relational call where we take time to hear your story and heart for ministry. You’ll discuss things like:

• Your pastoral and leadership journey — where you’ve been and what God’s doing in your church.

• Why you’re interested in joining MFI and what you hope to find in fellowship.
‍
• How MFI can best support you and your team — in relationship, resources, and covering.
‍
• Financial partnership — walking through the giving tiers and encouraging faith to grow in generosity as God provides.

The goal is connection, clarity, and encouragement — not evaluation.

Welcome to the Family

After your conversation, our team will finalize your membership and personally connect you with nearby MFI pastors and regional leaders for continued relationship and support. You’ll receive a confirmation email, gain access to the MFI Canada Resource Hub, and be publicly welcomed at our next National Conference — where every new member is celebrated and commissioned into the family.
